Small Parts Inspection & Assembly Work Cell

The housing is placed first, then gears are inserted and rotated into place – this breaks off sprues that may be left over from molding operations. The forces required are monitored during assembly, resulting in an ability to identify and reject bad parts before final assembly into the application.

This machine is also capable of running unattended as long as it's infeed and outfeed are managed.
